Each year 1,000+ youth from all over Ontario meet with God for a weekend of life-changing experiences.
Each year 1,000+ youth from all over Ontario meet with God for a weekend of life-changing experiences.
The All Ontario Youth Convention traces its roots all the way back to 1975 when a group of young adults began hosting province-wide gatherings for young people within the Christian Reformed denomination.
Fast forward more than 40 years and the AOYC continues to grow, with over 1,000 youth and leaders attending in 2019.
Teens are given opportunities to grow through dynamic, youth-focused speaking and teaching that challenges each person to impact the communities that God has placed them in. Service opportunities, recreation and relationship building activities, games, intramurals, concerts, and meals add to a full weekend of life-changing experiences.
What is AOYC all about?
Meeting people in their brokenness so God can heal them
Encouraging and equipping leaders so God can use them
Creating an environment where God can transform people
Providing a catalyst for innovative change in church and community

Wilfrid Laurier University, Waterloo
For the last number of years, the AOYC has been hosted at Wilfred Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario. Its central location makes it ideal for many of the students traveling to the Convention and it has great accommodations and facilities.
The dorms and apartment style rooms on campus have always been a comfortable and convenient lodging solution for the hundreds of teens and volunteers to call home for the weekend.
Meals are served in Laurier's cafeteria. Mainstage sessions are held in the athletic facility, and reach-ins (smaller workshops) take place in a variety of classrooms and theatres.
