Small Group Leaders:
AOYC strongly suggests a ratio of 1 leader per 5 students from your church. AOYC requires churches that register groups to send enough leaders of each gender to serve as small group leaders. Since some youth will be registering as individuals, we will need additional small group leaders as well. We will email all small group leaders a training manual in advance (after May 1) so you can prepare to lead your Small Group.

Payment

The All Ontario Youth Convention is open to all youth age 14 and up as of December 31, 2011.

Registration deadlines require form to be submitted and payment postmarked by the deadline.

AOYC has a limited amount of funds available for those who do not have the financial resources to attend. Learn more and apply for this support here.
